Follow a few common sense practices!

• Do not fire your marker anywhere except on the field during the game or in the designated chronograph area/shooting range.
• Inspect the lens of your goggles for cracks or signs of weakness.
• Make sure your mask is well seated and will not come off during the game.
• Make sure the velocity of your marker is below 300 feet per second with the supplied chronograph.
• Always assume the marker is loaded; even if you know otherwise.
• Always assume safety devices won’t work.
• Unload the marker when not in use.
• Anytime you are carrying a marker in a ‘safe zone’ where people are not wearing goggles, you MUST point the marker downward.
• NEVER remove face-masks or goggles while on the field.
• Do not play when very tired or hungry. Most injuries occur at the end of the day when players are exhausted.
• NEVER look down the barrel. Not even with protection. If barrel needs checking remove from the marker and check. If the barrel cannot be removed, disconnect all CO2/CA equipment, test fire the marker downrange until no more gas is left in the marker, clear the breech or ball loading area, and then, carefully and while wearing goggles, glance down the barrel.
• Notify the field owner or manager of any medical conditions, allergies etc.
• Know the rules of the game and abide by them!

According to a report by the National Injury Information Clearinghouse of the US Consumer Product Safety Commission in Washington DC, in the number of estimated injuries per 1,000 participants, paintball had the LEAST NUMBER OF INJURIES of all the listed sports. Outlaw Paintball strictly enforces our field rules to ensure the safest possible environment for all of our guests. There are always slight risks involved with any physical activity, but the benefits greatly outweigh them.

Paintball is a fantastic way to develop many important skills for children and offers other benefits that help children become active and happy adults.

Even though we do our best to help your children have a great experience, accidents can occasionally happen. Therefore we require all participants to submit a release form before being allowed to play. You can view and download one here to fill out, sign, and bring with you when you or your child plays.

You can rent our gear or bring your own. Certain restrictions apply.

Paintball is a sport in which players compete, in teams or individually, to eliminate opponents by hitting them with capsules containing food coloring and gelatin (referred to as paintballs) propelled from a device called a paintball marker. Paintballs have a non-toxic, biodegradable, water soluble mineral-oil. The game is regularly played at a sporting level with organized competition involving worldwide leagues, tournaments, professional teams, and players.

The legality of paintball varies among countries and regions. In most areas where regulated play is offered, players are required to wear protective masks, and game rules are strictly enforced.

Special clothing is not required to play.

When playing paintball, you will need loose fitting clothing. Some players wear camouflage, but we recommended some old clothes, something you would wear to work in the yard. Pants and a long sleeve shirt are also recommended. The paint should wash out of all your clothing. Running shoes or Hi-top cleats are preferred. Also, when you rent equipment you will be issued a face mask that will cover your whole face.

Paintball is one of the only sports were men, women and children can compete on a level playing field.

At Outlaw Paintball, anyone from the age of 10 years old and up can play. You will see people from all walks life playing this great game. Parents and their children, groups of friends, co-workers at a team building event and complete strangers can all play paintball together. Any physical type can play paintball, too. You do not have to be a track or football star to be good at this game.
